I am the Light of the World

Summary:

In John 8:12 we learn that Jesus is the Light of the World. In Genesis 1:1-5 we see that light was the first thing that God spoke into existence at creation, and then in John 1:1-18 we learn that Jesus was there at creation, and that He is the true light. In Matthew 5:14-16 we are reminded that we are the light of the world. And finally in I John 1:5-10 we learn that the Light connects us in fellowship with one another.
