The 7v7 flag football tournament has been a longstanding competitive tradition at Laurelville mud weekend retreats. You can prepare by thinking through your team members and reviewing the rules.

Saturday Costume Party Theme: 412

“Yinz guys ready to party? I sure hope so cause the costume party is staying local this year. Our theme is 412! (724 is cool too, don’t worry.)

It’s up to you how big you want to go with it. Will you don a Pen’s hoodie or walk in dressed like that Ferris wheel that showed up on the Clemente Bridge? The choice is yours, and everyone is welcome in the 412! Just remember, this is camp, and we love it when you go BIG. I hope we play Renegade.”

  • Not engage in sexual/ physically intimate behavior or any public display of affection. (Touching hands/ shoulders/ legs, cuddling, etc.)

  • Notify a leader/volunteer if anyone has violated my physical or emotional boundaries or made me feel uncomfortable/unsafe.

  • Be respectful of Laurelville property and the belongings of others.

  • Adhere to boundaries set by the schedule.

  • Not bring any tobacco products, alcohol, vaping products, drugs or weapons.

  • Take full responsibility for my actions and understand that irresponsible behavior will result in disciplinary action (including, but not limited to immediate release for pick up).
