Thank you for showing interest in our church! Northgate Church is growing community of grace consisting of Christians who are committed to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Northgate has a rich history dating back to 1835 when it was called the “First Baptist Church of Alleghenytown.” However in 1964 the church moved to Ross Township and in 1994 it was renamed Northgate Church.
With a location that is convenient to both the North Hills and the city of Pittsburgh, Northgate is a diverse group of people who have a heart for reaching their community. We can't wait to get to know you better, but in the meantime, see the information below to get to know us a little bit better.
Northgate Church is a growing community of grace committed to exalting Christ, exploring His Word, and extending His love.
Northgate is a non-denominational congregation. Our beliefs all stem from a full commitment to the authority of the Bible as the inerrant, infallible Word of God.
Those familiar with Baptist churches may find many similarities in our beliefs and practices despite no official affiliation.Read More
